This role is a frontline position that focuses on promoting electronic credit solutions to prospective customers, guiding them through the application process, and building lasting relationships within the community. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential consumers in the Pangkalan Bun area to introduce our electronic credit offerings.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits, product demonstrations, and presentations that clearly explain credit terms, eligibility criteria, and the step‑by‑step application procedure.
- Gather required documentation from prospects, verify information, and assist them in completing the credit application forms.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of leads, follow‑up activities, and conversion status using our mobile CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth handover of approved applications and to resolve any customer queries.
- Provide regular field reports on market feedback, competitor activities, and emerging consumer needs.
- Participate in community events, local fairs, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, credit regulations, and ethical standards while representing the brand.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with 0‑2 years of sales or field marketing experience are welcome.
- Essential Skills:

- Must own a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license for travel within the Pangkalan Bun area.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in or near Pangkalan Bun and provide a complete home address in the application.
- Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
