Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels, documents, and small freight using a personal motorcycle, ensuring each item arrives at the destination intact and on schedule.
- Conduct a pre‑delivery inspection of each order to verify package condition, correct address, and required documentation.
- Perform post‑delivery checks, confirming receipt by the customer and documenting any discrepancies or damage.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorcycle, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and product damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, updating the company’s dispatch system in real time via a mobile application.
- Report daily activity, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents to the operations supervisor.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic congestion during peak hours.
- Communicate promptly with customers and the dispatch team using a smartphone to confirm delivery windows and address any issues.
- Ensure the motorcycle is kept in excellent mechanical condition, performing routine checks on tire pressure, oil level, and brakes.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies to uphold a high standard of professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged between 18 and 45 years.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license for motorcycles (SIM C).
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle in good working order.
- Residence within or near the Pejaten area to enable timely dispatch.
- Own an Android smartphone with internet capability for navigation and reporting.
- Basic proficiency with Google Maps, mobile communication tools, and courier tracking apps.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg and work independently under minimal supervision.
