Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from arrival to delivery, supporting our commitment to timely and accurate service for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a hands‑on attitude toward warehouse and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the unloading (bongkar muat) of incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and inspection reports.
- Organize and arrange goods within the warehouse using efficient layout designs to maximize space utilization and ensure easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular counts, updating the warehouse management system, and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Prepare outbound shipments, pack items securely, and accompany drivers to ensure correct delivery to customers.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, report issues to the procurement team, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard‑free working environment.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service departments to synchronize stock levels with demand forecasts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
- Operate company vehicles (cars or Viar vans) responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with internal teams, drivers, and external partners.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all education levels are considered.
- Male candidates only, as per operational requirements.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in loading and unloading procedures, as well as basic warehouse layout design.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a car or Viar van safely.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle demanding tasks.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
