Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming merchandise in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the storage area, following all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the retail floor team to coordinate stock replenishment and avoid stock‑outs.
- Support cash register operations during peak periods when needed, providing a seamless customer experience.
- Create and post short‑form video content on TikTok and Instagram to showcase warehouse activities, new arrivals, and promotional events.
- Participate in live‑hosting sessions on social media platforms, answering viewer questions and driving engagement.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, suggesting process enhancements to supervisors.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, including weekend shifts, and work collaboratively within a team‑oriented culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 22 years old or younger by the end of 2026.
