Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Operasional Kitchen to join our vibrant food‑and‑beverage team on a full‑time basis. The position is based in the Singosari area and offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen manager in daily preparation and cooking activities, ensuring all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, spices, and kitchen supplies, conducting regular stock counts and placing orders when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with local health regulations.
- Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers.
- Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, adjusting workflow during peak periods.
- Support the preparation of mise en place, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service.
- Document any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards and report them promptly to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, new menu items, and service protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of waste‑reduction initiatives and cost‑control measures.
- Provide courteous and friendly service to colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMK/SMA; higher preference for candidates with a D3/D4 qualification.
- Age: Female candidates up to 30 years old (though all genders are welcome to apply).
- Residence: Preferably living in or near Singosari, with willingness to work overtime when required.
- Passion for the F&B industry with a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts.
- Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor that reflects the brand’s hospitality standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including politeness, positivity, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in operating common kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and maintain meticulous records.
