Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Regional Billing Officer (Staf Penagihan Regional Aceh) to join our Finance Department. This full‑time position is based in the Aceh region and plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices from our diverse client base. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, customer service, and senior management to support the company’s cash flow objectives while maintaining strong relationships with customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end billing cycle, including invoice generation, distribution, and follow‑up on overdue accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned Aceh area to verify delivery confirmations, resolve disputes, and collect payments in person.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing activities in the company’s ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries, negotiate payment plans, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Monitor credit limits and flag high‑risk accounts for further review by the credit control team.
- Support the implementation of new billing software modules and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and performance targets, working effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Utilize a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across the region, ensuring timely on‑site visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current company policy).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal transportation.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
- Good understanding of the local geography and client distribution within Aceh.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated teamwork and quick adaptation to changing work environments.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
