Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s POS system, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly, adhering to the restaurant’s standards for presentation, temperature, and timing.
- Maintain an immaculate dining area by setting tables, refilling condiments, and conducting regular checks for cleanliness and order.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and provide correct change while maintaining confidentiality of guests’ financial information.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow floor staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints diplomatically, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, attend training sessions, and stay updated on menu changes, wine pairings, and service protocols.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and the restaurant’s internal policies.
- Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency, menu presentation, and overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
