Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize all types of dishware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment following the hotel’s strict hygiene protocols.
  • Operate industrial dishwashers and manual cleaning stations safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Inspect cleaned items for any residues, chips, or breakage, and report any issues to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including countertops, floors, and waste disposal stations, to uphold a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assist in the sorting and storage of clean items, ensuring they are readily available for the culinary team during service periods.
  • Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by handling overflow washing tasks and helping with basic food preparation prep when needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemical cleaning agents.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on sanitation standards, equipment maintenance, and eco‑friendly cleaning practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 26 years old.
