Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Administrasi Kantor dan Manajemen Dokumen to join the support team of a bustling restaurant. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring that all paperwork, inventory records, and customer data are accurately processed and securely stored. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment while collaborating closely with kitchen staff, service personnel, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day‑to‑day office tasks including data entry, filing, and document scanning to keep the restaurant’s records up‑to‑date.
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for invoices, supplier contracts, employee records, and health‑safety documentation.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports, cash‑flow statements, and inventory logs to support financial transparency.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to track stock levels, process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverage supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing attendance records, and processing payroll inputs.
  • Operate the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system for administrative functions such as generating end‑of‑day summaries and exporting data for analysis.
  • Provide front‑desk support, answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Drive company vehicles or personal motorcycles for document pickup, supplier visits, and occasional courier tasks.
  • Support the implementation of health‑code compliance paperwork, including daily sanitation checklists and staff training records.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to streamline order processing and resolve any documentation discrepancies quickly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or food‑service.
  • All genders accepted; candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Age limit: up to 40 years old.
  • Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic POS systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motorcycle for routine errands.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Adaptability to shifting work schedules, with availability Monday through Sunday, 07:00‑17:00.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
