We are seeking a motivated Staf Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dedicated team of debt collection and data acquisition professionals. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with borrowers, support the company’s cash‑flow management, and contribute to the accuracy of our financial records.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be based at our partner location in Cilegon. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the minimum qualifications listed below.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to debtor locations throughout the Cilegon region to verify contact information and assess repayment capacity.
- Perform systematic follow‑up calls and visits to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Enter all payment confirmations and related data into the company’s core financial system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor the payment schedule of each debtor, flagging any deviations and reporting them to the supervisory team.
- Collaborate with the internal credit and legal departments to resolve disputes or discrepancies in payment records.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, including visit reports, call summaries, and any issues encountered in the field.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, data‑privacy regulations, and local legal requirements while handling sensitive financial information.
- Provide analytical feedback on common reasons for payment delays, helping the organization refine its collection strategies.
- Utilize a company‑issued motor vehicle responsibly, ensuring all travel complies with safety standards and traffic laws.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, software updates, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policies.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 34 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in field data collection, debt collection, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Proficient in operating a personal computer and familiar with common office software (MS Office, internet browsers, and data entry systems).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and politely.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM) and the ability to operate a motorbike safely for field visits.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, consistently following company policies and procedural guidelines.
- Analytical thinking capability to assess payment patterns and propose actionable solutions.
- Possession of the professional certification for financing collection (Sertifikasi SPPI) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to be placed at the partner worksite of PT Bumi Daya Plaza in Cilegon.
- Professional ethics, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility toward both the company and its clients.
