Our client, a well‑established electronics retailer located in the bustling city of Lamongan, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior B2B & B2C Sales & Administration Associate. The successful candidate will work closely with the store’s management team, handling everything from order processing to stock control while delivering exceptional service to both corporate and individual customers.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders from B2B clients and walk‑in customers, ensuring accurate entry into the point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate electronic products, explain features, and close sales with a focus on upselling and cross‑selling.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare deposit slips with strict adherence to financial controls.
- Provide after‑sales support, including warranty registration, product returns, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in‑store events that drive foot traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly sales floor, ensuring product displays are well‑stocked and visually appealing.
- Participate in regular team meetings, share insights on customer trends, and suggest process improvements.
- Stay informed about the latest electronic trends, product launches, and competitor activities to advise customers effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred, age not exceeding 25 years.
- Strong arithmetic skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail sales, inventory management, or administrative support is advantageous, though motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Must not be enrolled in another school or employed elsewhere during the contract period.
- Willingness to work the store’s operating hours (07:00 – 20:00) and reside in the provided staff mess.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new product specifications, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
