Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Staff to join our bustling outlet team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in retail sales, customer service, and outlet operations. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system and handle cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stock‑outs.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring all cooking equipment is used safely and according to hygiene standards.
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards throughout the outlet, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, and customer‑facing surfaces.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to receive deliveries, verify shipments, and organize back‑room storage.
- Provide after‑sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly to sustain high satisfaction levels.
- Contribute ideas for promotional activities, upselling strategies, and visual merchandising to boost sales.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports and communicate performance metrics to the outlet manager.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations related to food handling and retail operations.
Requirements
