Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and other communication channels.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure coverage and partnership opportunities.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic display, while monitoring performance metrics.
- Coordinate events such as health fairs, webinars, and community outreach programs, ensuring all logistics and promotional materials are delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and clinical teams to align marketing messages with service offerings and patient needs.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting ROI, key performance indicators, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical standards.

Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3 (all majors) – candidates with higher qualifications are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing or public relations; fresh graduates with strong internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, its regulatory environment, and patient‑centric communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage cross‑functional projects.
- Proven experience in planning and executing full‑cycle marketing programs from concept to launch.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Open to working Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
