Introduction

We are a fast‑growing retail chain seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Staff to join our outlet team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products, handling transactions, and ensuring a pleasant store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a well‑organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, report stock discrepancies, and assist with replenishment orders.
  • Support promotional activities, set up in‑store displays, and actively upsell related products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and store security procedures, including proper handling of merchandise and cash.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and occasional evening shifts, to ensure consistent store coverage.
  • Utilize basic technology tools (e‑mail, inventory software, mobile apps) to streamline operations and improve customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as per company policy for this position).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Must be a practicing Muslim, respecting the cultural values of the store and its clientele.
  • Strong familiarity with basic technology and retail software systems.
  • Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
  • Physically and mentally healthy, capable of standing for extended periods and handling occasional heavy lifting.
  • Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a neat, professional appearance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules, including Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Soft skills such as problem‑solving, time management, and adaptability are highly valued.
