We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Professional Health Therapists – Rehabilitation Specialists to join our expanding team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients’ physical condition, medical history, and rehabilitation goals.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate techniques such as akupresur, reflexology, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
- Deliver daily therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment protocols based on client response.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records, treatment outcomes, and any adverse events.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, physiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to rehabilitation.
- Educate clients and their families on home‑care exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to sustain recovery.
- Participate in regular training workshops and skill‑enhancement programs provided by the company.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards within the clinic environment.
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives, health fairs, and promotional events that raise awareness of holistic rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education in health sciences is a plus.
- Age: maximum 35 years (preferably not older than 30 years for new recruits).
- Gender: Female candidates only, as specified by client preferences for certain therapeutic services.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to attend a free, company‑sponsored training program covering therapeutic techniques, client communication, and documentation standards.
- Core skills: basic knowledge of akupresur, reflexology, and general rehabilitation principles.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, empathy, and a patient‑centered attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Physical stamina to perform therapeutic manipulations and assist clients with mobility exercises.
