Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an up‑to‑date product database, ensuring accurate stock levels, pricing, and specifications for all laptop and computer spare parts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory of Sumatra Barat, including B2B accounts, repair shops, and end‑users.
- Develop and execute market‑development strategies that align with company goals, such as promotional campaigns, partnership programs, and regional events.
- Conduct regular market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards using Excel or BI tools.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, offering consultative support and after‑sales service to increase repeat business.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current with the latest technology trends and product releases.
- Adhere to company policies, including punctuality for the five daily prayers, a strict non‑smoking environment, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders, but the position specifically seeks male candidates who are practicing Muslims and observe the five daily prayers.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, market development, or related roles within the technology or spare‑part industry.
- Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting, market segmentation, and sales data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical customers.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability – traits such as being trustworthy (amanah) and detail‑oriented are essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team, managing time effectively between office and remote tasks.
