This full‑time position focuses on direct, door‑to‑door sales to small retail outlets and delivering exceptional after‑sales support. Responsibilities
- Execute face‑to‑face sales visits to small retail stores throughout Surabaya, presenting product features and negotiating purchase orders.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Provide comprehensive pre‑sale consultations and post‑sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Collect and relay valuable market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activity to internal teams for product and strategy improvements.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by adhering to ethical sales practices and maintaining a professional image in the field.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update the CRM system after each visit.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order‑related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in consumer goods or a similar fast‑moving industry.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender is not a selection criterion.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to client locations.
- Deep familiarity with Surabaya’s geography, retail landscape, and consumer behavior.
