Introduction

The Sales Order Taking Coordinator is a pivotal role within our fast‑growing distribution network, responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, processing orders accurately, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers across Tulungagung and Trenggalek. Responsibilities

  • Receive and qualify incoming sales leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring each prospect receives prompt and courteous attention.
  • Enter order details into the ERP system, verify product availability, and coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and follow‑up activities to support sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to relay market feedback, identify upselling opportunities, and suggest promotional tactics.
  • Resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies, delivery delays, or product inquiries, escalating to senior management when necessary.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, providing performance updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, highlighting trends, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the submission of up‑to‑date SKCK (Police Clearance) documentation.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively during face‑to‑face interactions and field visits.
  • Utilize personal transportation and a valid SIM C license to attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and regional sales events.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 40 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Residence: Must be based in Tulungagung or Trenggalek.
  • Valid SIM C driving license and own vehicle.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or order‑taking role.
  • High integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Recent or still‑valid SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
  • Team‑player attitude with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong analytical mindset for sales data interpretation and strategy development.
