Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Home Credit payment products at partner retail outlets throughout the Bekasi area.
- Engage customers on‑site, explain financing options, and guide them through the application and payment process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile payment features and assist with digital onboarding.
- Develop and execute social‑media campaigns that showcase Home Credit’s financing benefits, driving traffic to partner stores.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold brand standards while interacting with shoppers.
- Track daily sales activities, report key metrics to the regional manager, and provide feedback on customer preferences.
- Collaborate with store managers and Home Credit liaison officers to ensure seamless integration of financing services.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
- Work flexible hours from Tuesday to Sunday (11:00 – 20:00), adapting to peak shopping periods and promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are strongly preferred.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or financial product promotion.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Polished, presentable appearance that reflects the professional image of Home Credit.
- Own a functional Android smartphone for product demonstrations and social‑media activities.
- Willingness to be stationed at partner outlets across street and mall locations in Bekasi.
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and mobile payment apps.
