Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Pertumbuhan Pendapatan to join our fast‑growing fintech and SaaS team. This full‑time position is based in Indonesia and operates Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00. The role is pivotal in driving merchant acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing revenue growth through product demonstrations, technical support, and cross‑functional collaboration. Candidates must be male, possess at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience, though fresh graduates with strong aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demos and present feature sets to merchants and clients covering Online Order, Payment Integration, 3rd‑Party integrations, and additional Value‑Added Services (VAS).
- Lead the full acquisition cycle: prospecting, qualification, onboarding, education, and activation of new users.
- Provide first‑line technical and operational support, troubleshooting merchant issues and ensuring smooth usage of our platform.
- Compile and analyze activity reports, feature‑usage traffic, and SLA‑based performance metrics; present findings to management.
- Escalate registration, support, or technical concerns to third‑party partners and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and exceed monthly KPI targets, both individually and as part of the broader revenue growth team.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams to resolve escalations efficiently and improve the overall merchant experience.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common merchant questions, best practices, and onboarding guides.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product releases, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Contribute ideas for improving the sales funnel, onboarding processes, and customer retention strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; preferably SMK/D3/S1 in Management, Business, or Information Technology.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a related role; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Technical knowledge of POS systems, payment gateways, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical features into non‑technical language.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and email platforms.
- Strong business etiquette, professionalism, and the ability to work across multiple divisions.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear reports, perform data analysis, and track KPI performance.
- Multitasking and time‑management skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and a customer‑service focus.
- Organizational, presentation, and team‑coordination capabilities.
- Preferred background in POS, payment gateway, SaaS, or other digital service industries.
- Key soft skills: negotiation, interpersonal communication, market analysis, sales management, and strategic planning.
