Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Staff Sales – Bandung Region to join our rapidly growing distribution team. Based in the vibrant city of Bandung, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our partner outlet network, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service to our retail partners across Subang, Pamanukan, and Purwakarta. This role offers a blend of field work, relationship management, and strategic sales planning, ideal for an ambitious professional with a passion for the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine visits to existing partner outlets to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail outlets, increasing the company’s market footprint within the designated coverage area.
  • Present product portfolios, negotiate terms, and accurately record order requests using the company’s ERP system.
  • Educate outlet staff on ongoing promotional programs, new product launches, and compliance requirements to maximize shelf visibility.
  • Manage the credit‑based invoicing process, ensuring timely collection of payments and coordination with the finance department for dispute resolution.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, analyzing trends, forecasting demand, and recommending corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align field activities with broader business objectives.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma III (D3) or higher (D4 preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or related distribution channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bandung metropolitan area and surrounding districts (Subang, Pamanukan, Purwakarta).
  • Male candidates; maximum age limit of 32 years.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse retail partners.
  • Proficient in basic data analysis and sales reporting tools; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
