Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our cabin crew team as Steward Layanan Pelayanan Penumpang. Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers aboard, assist with boarding procedures, and provide clear safety briefings.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and snacks in accordance with airline standards, accommodating special dietary requests and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly cabin environment, including seat checks, litter removal, and restocking of service items.
  • Monitor passenger needs throughout the flight, responding promptly to inquiries, medical situations, or any comfort‑related concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with pilots, ground staff, and fellow cabin crew members to coordinate seamless flight operations.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct emergency procedures when necessary, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Document and report any incidents, equipment malfunctions, or passenger feedback to the flight operations team.
  • Participate in pre‑flight briefings and post‑flight debriefs to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants up to 30 years old are preferred, with flexibility for mature candidates who bring valuable experience.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are core values.
  • Experience: No prior aviation experience required, though experience in hospitality, food & beverage service, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
  • Key Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, ability to work effectively in a team, and a genuine commitment to honesty and loyalty.
  • Personal Attributes: Neat appearance, excellent personal hygiene, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Health Requirements: Must be in good health, free from chronic or contagious illnesses, and able to pass a standard medical examination.
  • Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional night or weekend flights as operational needs dictate.
