Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge of all watch models, accessories, and related services through structured training programs.
- Perform light watch servicing tasks, such as battery replacement and strap adjustments, under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and effectively close sales.
- Ensure the store’s visual displays remain attractive, secure, and well‑organized, contributing to a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to store housekeeping standards.
- Accurately record daily sales transactions, inventory movements, and customer feedback in the store’s reporting system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell complementary products, such as straps, cases, and warranty plans.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates, with no upper age limit.

- No prior experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
