Responsibilities
- Maintain and update patient medical records in both paper and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with national health regulations.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of patient data, including demographics, insurance information, and treatment histories.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to retrieve, file, and archive medical documents promptly.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as answering telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing billing paperwork.
- Manage the on‑site laundry workflow: receive, sort, and distribute clean linens and garments to wards, operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory of medical and laundry supplies, placing orders when stock levels fall below predefined thresholds.
- Assist in preparing reports on record‑keeping performance, laundry turnaround times, and other key performance indicators for management review.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and follow infection‑control protocols when handling patient files and laundry items.
- Provide friendly front‑desk support, greeting patients and visitors, and directing them to appropriate service areas.
- Collaborate closely with the nursing, housekeeping, and finance teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: Prior experience in a laundry environment is highly preferred; experience in medical record administration is a plus.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, discipline, a friendly demeanor, and proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are advantageous.
