Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorcycle, ensuring that each item is handled with care and delivered to the correct destination on time.
- Conduct pre‑delivery checks of orders, verifying item counts, packaging integrity, and destination addresses before departure.
- Perform post‑delivery verification, confirming receipt with customers, obtaining signatures or digital confirmations, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorcycle, especially when dealing with heavier parcels that require careful handling.
- Maintain an accurate electronic log of all deliveries, including timestamps, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during the route.
- Report daily delivery activities to the dispatch team via the company’s mobile application, highlighting any delays, damages, or customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, addressing questions, and representing the company’s brand positively.
- Monitor the condition of your motorcycle and perform routine maintenance checks (tires, brakes, oil level) to ensure safety and reliability.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 45 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle in good working condition, with a valid driver’s license (SIM C).
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM to run the delivery app and submit reports.
- Resides within the designated service area of Ciputat Timur or is willing to relocate.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Basic analytical skills for cost‑logistics assessment, such as estimating fuel usage and route optimization.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
