Introduction
Toko Masa, a dynamic and fast‑growing retail chain in Indonesia, is seeking a versatile team member to join our warehouse operations as a Staf Serba Bisa dan Penanggung Jawab Multitugas. The successful applicant will be stationed at the Toko Masa store location and will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform bongkar muat (loading and unloading) of merchandise, ensuring accurate counts and careful handling of all items.
- Prepare and package orders for kirim (shipment), coordinating with the logistics team to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including routine kebersihan (cleaning) duties such as sweeping, dusting shelves, and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Assist with inventory checks, labeling, and stock placement to support seamless stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to resolve any discrepancies in shipment or stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
- Provide occasional support to other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and a “can‑do” attitude.
The position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 07:30 to 15:30. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as the role directly impacts the store’s ability to serve customers effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Open to candidates of any age; no upper age limit.
