Responsibilities
- Proactively present and demonstrate the company’s products to existing clients and generate new leads through targeted prospecting.
- Secure orders from distribution channels by gathering initial customer data, verifying information, and completing all required documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, maintain close communication with dealers and customers, and relay approval or rejection decisions promptly.
- Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, collection locations, and any additional information necessary to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and optimal after‑sales service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and best sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or marketing role; experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Flexibility to work in the area of residence (penempatan sesuai domisili) and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑16:00).
