Introduction

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, reviewing transactions for correctness and completeness.
- Support the senior finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate routine reports using Excel/Spreadsheet tools, including cash flow statements, expense summaries, and aging reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation for audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost‑saving initiatives within the accounting function.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to senior leadership, helping to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate policies, preparing necessary filings under supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance is a strong advantage.
