Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve all menu items accurately, adhering to Wingstop’s portion guidelines and timing standards.
- Execute the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with hygiene protocols.
- Follow strict Food Safety and Operational procedures, including proper temperature control, allergen handling, and waste management.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to manage peak‑hour rushes, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing customer wait times.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, safety standards, and service excellence.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift.
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, menu improvements, and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma preferred.
- Age: Up to 27 years old.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting service targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and clear communication.
- Physical fitness and a healthy mindset to handle the demands of a fast‑service environment.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to personal hygiene.
- Availability to work full‑time or part‑time, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to be based at the Wingstop Indramayu location.
