Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, postal mail, and courier services, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Prepare, format, and file official documents, reports, and presentations in both digital and hard‑copy formats, adhering to company filing standards.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics such as room bookings, equipment setup, and distribution of agenda materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain employee attendance records, process leave requests, and assist the HR department with onboarding paperwork.
  • Perform data entry and database updates, ensuring information is current, accurate, and easily retrievable.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking by collecting receipts, preparing expense reports, and liaising with the finance team.
  • Handle basic procurement tasks, including ordering office supplies, tracking inventory, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Provide courteous front‑desk service, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee recognition programs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards for all sensitive company information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK with a focus on Multimedia or Computer studies; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
  • Maximum age: 28 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified for this particular posting).
  • Ability to read and recite Al‑Qur’an fluently, reflecting our commitment to cultural values.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software.
  • Strong administrative skills, including document handling, record keeping, and scheduling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime as project demands require.
