Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to local health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, sous‑chefs, and fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timely service during peak hours.
  • Perform routine equipment checks, report any malfunctions, and follow proper cleaning protocols for grills, fryers, ovens, and utensils.
  • Support the front‑of‑house team by preparing garnishes, sauces, and side dishes as needed.
  • Document daily production logs, assist with end‑of‑shift stock counts, and help with basic administrative tasks such as order entry.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s “No Drama” culture by communicating professionally, handling stress calmly, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts and public holidays, to ensure continuous operation.

Requirements

  • Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Residency preference: Gombong or Kebumen area (local candidates are highly valued).
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior cooking experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Positive attitude, good behavior, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time‑management skills; must be quick, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to a drama‑free workplace and a serious, dedicated work ethic.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend and public‑holiday shifts.
  • Basic administrative skills (e.g., logging inventory, reporting).
