This position is based in Pematang Siantar and operates under a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, providing ample opportunity to interact directly with the community while contributing to the company’s revenue recovery targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and scheduled appointments to present payment offers for outstanding fines.
- Explain the terms of settlement clearly, ensuring customers understand the benefits of early repayment.
- Negotiate flexible payment plans that align with the company’s policies and the customer’s financial capacity.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, offers made, and agreements signed in the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while upholding ethical standards and customer respect.
- Coordinate with the central office to verify payment statuses and update the system in real‑time.
- Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and provide feedback to the senior management for process improvement.
- Assist in preparing brief daily reports that summarize the number of contacts, offers presented, and outcomes achieved.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on regulatory changes related to debt collection and consumer rights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving license.
- Strong personal integrity and a resilient, “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Physical stamina for field work, including long periods of travel and standing.
