We are seeking a dedicated Staff Maintenance and Facility Management professional to join our growing operations team in Tangerang. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all electrical systems and facility infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical equipment, reducing downtime and extending asset life.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair high‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, including lighting, power distribution panels, generators, and backup systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment histories using the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, calibrations, and major overhauls, while monitoring service level agreements.
- Implement energy‑saving initiatives by analyzing consumption patterns and recommending upgrades or retrofits.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, expansions, and relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, performing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies.
Requirements
- Male candidate (as specified by the client), although we welcome applicants of all genders who meet the qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in electrical maintenance or a similar facility management role.
- Educational background: at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, with a focus on Electrical Engineering or Technical Electrical studies.
- Strong knowledge of both high‑voltage (Arus Tinggi) and low‑voltage (Arus Rendah) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, repairs, and preventive maintenance on complex electrical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact with team members, management, and external partners.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Tangerang, with flexibility to respond to after‑hours emergencies when needed.
- Availability to work the regular schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
