As the front‑line face of the company, you will handle cash transactions, assist customers with product inquiries, and support the sales floor to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
This position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Sunday, 07:30 – 17:00, with competitive compensation, statutory benefits, and performance‑based incentives. Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that all equipment (cash register, scanner, POS system) is functional.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related questions, and recommend complementary items to increase sales.
- Verify product prices, promotions, and discounts, and apply them correctly during transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels at the point of sale, report low‑stock items, and assist in restocking shelves when needed.
- Prepare daily cash‑out reports, reconcile cash drawers, and submit them to the accounting department.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures, including regular checks of the cash handling area.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven cashier or retail sales experience.
- Core Skills: Discipline, honesty, meticulousness, quick decision‑making, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Technical Ability: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
