Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Outlet Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team at our bustling locations in BSD, Gading Serpong, and Karawaci. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in delivering high‑quality food, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the outlet.
Responsibilities
- Prepare raw ingredients and cook menu items in strict accordance with established recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area by regularly cleaning all cooking equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Accurately record daily production quantities, monitor stock levels, and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Receive and process orders from both online platforms (e‑commerce, delivery apps) and offline walk‑in customers, ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Operate tablets, smartphones, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently to enter orders, process payments, and generate receipts.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting periodic stock counts and notifying management of low‑stock items.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house team members, and delivery partners to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies at all times.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency during team meetings.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, cooking techniques, and technology tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a food & beverage outlet, kitchen, or fast‑service restaurant.
- Proficient in operating cash registers, POS systems, tablets, and smartphones.
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistent quality.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities to handle peak‑hour pressures.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule, including weekends, with shifts starting at 07:00.
