We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Promosi Penjualan Wanita to join our fast‑growing consumer goods team. This frontline sales position plays a crucial role in driving product visibility, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional service to our customers across the region. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stock checks to ensure product availability and accurate inventory records.
- Engage with customers in person, presenting product features, answering questions, and closing sales.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports at the end of each shift, highlighting key metrics such as units sold, revenue generated, and stock discrepancies.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to walk‑in customers, assisting them with product selection, promotions, and after‑sales support.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, arranging product displays to maximize appeal and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate product replenishment and resolve stock‑out situations promptly.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer feedback, forwarding insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.
- Participate in regular training sessions and promotional events to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, data entry, and confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate sales reporting and basic inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems).
- Highly motivated, self‑disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, including occasional participation in weekend promotional events.
- Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
