Responsibilities
The Reflexology Therapist will be responsible for delivering high‑quality foot and hand reflexology sessions while upholding Havanna’s standards of professionalism and client care. Core duties include:
- Conducting thorough client consultations to understand health history, current concerns, and specific goals.
- Performing reflexology treatments using evidence‑based techniques, adapting pressure and duration to individual client needs.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized treatment area and adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Documenting each session accurately, including treatment notes, client feedback, and any recommended follow‑up.
- Educating clients on self‑care practices, foot health, and complementary wellness services offered by Havanna.
- Collaborating with reception and management to schedule appointments, manage walk‑ins, and handle peak‑hour traffic efficiently.
- Promoting additional services and products, contributing to the branch’s revenue targets.
- Participating in regular training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and possess the personal attributes necessary for success in this role:
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- Age: Maximum 37 years old.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to operate a motorcycle for commuting to the Gading Serpong location.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and adapt services to meet client expectations.
- Customer‑service mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming and calming atmosphere.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform massage techniques safely.
