Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to lead the daily operations at our flagship outlet located on Jalan Sunset Bisma. This pivotal role ensures smooth store performance, upholds our brand standards, and drives exceptional customer experiences. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must possess a solid educational foundation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure while collaborating effectively with both team members and individual contributors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store activities, including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling, to guarantee compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the operating day.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Analyze daily sales reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
