We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Team Leader – Sales Force to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Jember region. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with corporate targets and regional market dynamics.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate key accounts, and expand the customer base through strategic prospecting.
- Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and optimal product positioning.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and provide real‑time feedback to the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
- Manage budgeting and expense control for the sales team, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Organize and lead sales training sessions, workshops, and motivational events to continuously improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present ideas persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and a confident, approachable demeanor.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid SIM A/C (motorcycle and car driving license).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements as business demands.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, analytical mindset, and proficiency in using CRM and sales analytics tools.
