Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Pemeriksaan Barang di Gudang to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough checklists for all incoming and outgoing goods, verifying quantities, conditions, and compliance with shipping documents.
- Maintain and update the warehouse inventory system in real time to reflect accurate stock levels.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, storage, and order picking.
- Identify and report any damaged, missing, or misplaced items to senior management promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless hand‑offs and timely deliveries.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to protect personnel and merchandise.
- Train new and existing staff on proper inventory procedures, equipment usage, and best practices.
- Analyze stock movement patterns and recommend adjustments to optimize space utilization and reduce excess inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
- Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations; prior supervisory experience is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse layout planning.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially spreadsheet and inventory software.
- Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting and extended periods of standing.
