Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Pengawasan Operasional dan Kualitas to join our dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) team. This pivotal role oversees kitchen operations, ensures strict quality standards, and drives continuous improvement across all food preparation processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on supervisory experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, a strong sense of integrity, and a passion for leading teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols in line with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain consistent product excellence.
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and provide on‑the‑spot training and coaching to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Procurement team to manage inventory, reduce waste, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including performance metrics, incident logs, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
- Lead team meetings to communicate daily goals, safety reminders, and updates on new menu items or procedural changes.
- Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a kitchen or F&B environment.
- Core Skills:
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.).
- Ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and work commitment.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
