Introduction

To support the growing demand for reliable intra‑city and inter‑city deliveries, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Supir B1 (B1 Driver) to join our operational team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that goods, equipment, and personnel are moved safely, on time, and in full compliance with all traffic regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate the company’s B1‑class vehicle for daily business activities, including pick‑ups and drop‑offs of goods and employees.
- Plan routes using Google Maps or other navigation tools to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle by performing routine inspections, oil checks, tire pressure monitoring, and reporting any defects to the fleet manager.
- Secure cargo appropriately to prevent damage during transit, and verify that all documentation matches the items being transported.
- Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws, company safety policies, and scheduled work hours (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Assist with loading and unloading when required, ensuring safe handling of fragile or hazardous items.
- Provide courteous service to internal staff and external partners, representing the company’s professional image at all times.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and delivery reports for accounting and audit purposes.
- Participate in periodic driver training sessions and safety briefings to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per local regulations for this vehicle class).
- Age: Not older than 40 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a professional driver, preferably with B1‑class vehicles.
- Valid and active SIM B1 and SIM A licenses.
- Strong knowledge of Pasuruan and surrounding areas; proficiency with Google Maps or similar navigation apps.
- Excellent health condition, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the logistics team.
