Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its field operations in the Molibagu region of North Sulawesi. We are seeking a diligent and motivated Surveyor Lapangan to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the collection and credit monitoring processes for our portfolio of consumer loans. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with the credit, sales, and customer service departments to ensure timely and effective accounts receivable management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute field collections for overdue accounts (A/R Overdue), ensuring targets are met within stipulated timelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers in the Molibagu area to verify credit information, assess repayment capacity, and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, updating the central database with real‑time status reports.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to identify high‑risk accounts and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection trends and potential issues.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding field observations that could improve loan terms and risk assessment models.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards during all collection interactions.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on the latest multifinance regulations, negotiation techniques, and digital collection tools.
- Serve as a liaison between borrowers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and fostering positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates, age up to 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining close coordination with the branch office.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection management systems.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Adira branch office nearest to your domicile.
