We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our network of branches in Tambun and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company and both existing and prospective customers, promoting our portfolio of credit and financing products while ensuring a seamless application experience.
This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–16:00, and provides an excellent platform for young professionals to develop a robust sales career within the financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present Adira Finance’s product suite—including consumer loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑credit solutions—to existing clients and new prospects.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities through the company’s distribution channels, gathering initial customer data and verifying its accuracy.
- Prepare, complete, and submit all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, maintain constant communication with dealers and customers, and promptly relay approval or rejection decisions.
- Educate customers on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent information to guarantee timely settlements.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and risk‑management teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit review process.
- Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, sales pipelines, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for product enhancements and promotional campaigns.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer service in all dealings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) in any discipline; D4/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Age: 29 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- At least one (1) year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within financial services or automotive financing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential customer data.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic sales management tools and familiarity with credit application processes.
- Willingness to work across all Adira Finance branches in the Jabodetabek area, with flexibility to travel as needed.
