We are currently seeking a motivated Surveyor & Verifikator (Field Verifier) to join our Samarinda office. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented individual who can conduct on‑site investigations, interview applicants, and compile clear, actionable reports that help our underwriting team make informed credit decisions.
Responsibilities
- Visit applicant residences, businesses, or other relevant sites to verify identity, address, and ownership of assets.
- Conduct face‑to‑face interviews to assess the credibility of the applicant and gather supplemental information not captured on paper forms.
- Inspect and photograph documentation such as KTP, family cards, tax IDs, business permits, and proof of income.
- Evaluate the condition of the applicant’s house or place of business, noting any discrepancies or risk indicators.
- Prepare detailed verification reports, including photos, interview notes, and a recommendation on credit eligibility.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to clarify any ambiguous data and ensure a smooth hand‑over of verified files.
- Maintain a daily log of field activities, travel mileage, and time spent on each verification to support operational metrics.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, data‑privacy regulations, and ethical standards while interacting with the public.
- Provide feedback on common fraud patterns or documentation issues to improve internal verification guidelines.
- Travel within the assigned geographic area using a personal motorbike, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate Degree) or D4 (Diploma) in Business, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- Age not exceeding 32 years.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior verification or field‑work experience is a plus.
- Own a valid motorbike and possess an active SIM C driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with applicants.
- Strong observational abilities and a keen eye for detail to spot inconsistencies.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling personal and financial data.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (smartphone camera, GPS, mobile data entry apps).
- Willingness to be placed in the designated area of Samarinda and travel frequently within that region.
