To support our expanding network footprint, we are seeking a motivated Teknisi Jaringan dan Infrastruktur TI who will play a pivotal role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our fiber‑to‑the‑home (FTTH) and broader IT infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Execute the installation of FTTH cabling, routers, switches, and other networking hardware according to design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise in the field, ranging from signal loss to hardware failures.
- Document daily activities, generate detailed work reports, and update performance metrics in the company’s management system.
- Operate and properly maintain all technical tools and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and stored safely.
- Conduct on‑site repairs of damaged infrastructure, including splicing fiber optic cables, replacing faulty components, and testing restored connections.
- Collaborate closely with the network planning team to provide feedback on installation challenges and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices while working on client premises or company sites.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in networking are encouraged to apply.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with FTTH deployment, internet service installation, and basic network analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and the capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordinating with supervisors and customers.
- Physical fitness to handle equipment lifting, climbing poles, and working in varied weather conditions.
