We are seeking a motivated Teknisi Lapangan Internet to join our growing team in Bali. This role is pivotal in delivering high‑quality broadband and dedicated services to residential and commercial customers across the island. The successful candidate will work directly on‑site with clients, ensuring that network installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance meet our rigorous standards for reliability and performance. Responsibilities

  • Perform end‑to‑end installation and configuration of network components, including Wireless Access Points, Fiber Optic cables, LAN switches, routers, and related hardware.
  • Set up and commission Set‑Top Boxes (STB) and client‑side applications, ensuring seamless integration with the service platform.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and real‑time monitoring of network infrastructure to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve service disruptions for both Broadband and Dedicated line customers, utilizing OSI model and TCP/IP knowledge.
  • Document all installation procedures, configuration changes, and service tickets accurately in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the central technical support team to relay field insights that can improve product design and service processes.
  • Provide on‑site technical assistance and training to clients, explaining system functionalities and best‑practice usage.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in varied environments, including residential homes, commercial offices, and outdoor sites.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including weekend work, to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical network incidents.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge on emerging networking technologies, such as FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and advanced wireless standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in network administration, technical support, or a similar IT role.
  • Fundamental understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP suite, and basic networking concepts.
  • Practical experience with Wireless Access Points, LAN design, and Fiber Optic configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali and work on‑site at client locations.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, from 08:00 to 17:00.
