Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Mobile Variation Technician to join our service team in Kudus City. This role is critical in ensuring that a diverse fleet of vehicles operates safely and efficiently, meeting the high standards expected by our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical foundation, hands‑on experience with automotive systems, and the ability to collaborate closely with both mechanics and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle models, focusing on variations in engine types, transmission systems, and electronic controls.
- Document all service actions in the company’s digital maintenance platform, ensuring accurate records for warranty claims and future reference.
- Collaborate with the parts department to order, receive, and verify the correct components needed for each job.
- Provide on‑site technical support for the help‑desk team, assisting with troubleshooting queries that arise from customers or field technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Participate in weekly team briefings to discuss recurring issues, share knowledge, and propose process improvements.
- Assist in training junior staff and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring minimal vehicle downtime for our clients.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational guidelines.
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in automotive maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with mechanics, supervisors, and customers.
- High degree of attention to detail, honesty, integrity, and disciplined work habits.
- Resilience and perseverance (ulet) combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy to handle help‑desk support tickets and input service data.
- Willingness to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
