We are seeking a dedicated Terapis Spesialis Bekam Tradisional to join our wellness center. The successful candidate will provide professional traditional cupping therapy, supporting clients in achieving optimal health and relaxation. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client intake interviews to assess medical history, contraindications, and treatment goals.
- Develop individualized cupping therapy plans that align with each client’s needs and the clinic’s protocols.
- Perform traditional cupping techniques—including dry, wet, and fire cupping—while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, sterilize equipment after each session, and keep treatment rooms organized.
- Document all sessions accurately in the electronic health record system, noting observations, progress, and any adverse reactions.
- Educate clients on post‑treatment care, lifestyle adjustments, and complementary wellness practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, massage therapists, and other health professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service for all clients from Monday to Saturday.
- Handle high‑pressure situations with composure, addressing client concerns and adapting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in a related health or wellness field.
- Age range: 24‑50 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience performing traditional cupping therapy.
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain procedures clearly and build trust with clients.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Resilience under pressure, with a calm demeanor during busy periods.
- Relevant certifications or training in cupping, reflexology, or related therapeutic modalities are a plus.
