Responsibilities

- Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and suggest menu items or daily specials to enhance sales.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to portion standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and resetting stations between guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly address any concerns, and coordinate with management to resolve issues.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system entries with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to synchronize service flow during peak periods.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of napkins, condiments, and other front‑of‑house supplies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, briefings, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
- Be flexible to work overtime, weekend shifts, and rotating schedules as required by the restaurant’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; gender requirement based on uniform policy.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front‑of‑house or customer‑service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate food and beverage service efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Proven inventory management skills, including tracking of tableware and supplies.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
